WCAP-CSMH Series MLCCs

Wurth Electronics' WCAP-CSMH series multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) with mid- and high-voltage characteristics

Wurth Electronics' WCAP-CSMH series of MLCCs is designed for rated DC voltages from 200 V to 630 V mid-voltage level up to 1 kV to 3 kV high-voltage level. The high-voltage characteristics are achieved by a social internal electrode pattern (floating electrode design) that allows protection against short-circuit and a higher voltage resistance due to an internal series connection of electrodes. This series is suitable for applications with surge and burst requirements such as ports and I/O applications, among others. The WCAP-CSMH series is available with 10 pF to 470 pF and with sizes of 0805 to 1812.

  • Wave soldering only recommended for parts in 0603, 0805, 1206 with a thickness < 1 mm
